MILL CITY REVITALIZATION

Builders of Hope CDC as a collaborative partner of the Mill City Public Safety initiative and The Dallas Catalyst Project – Mill City with The Real Estate Council Community Investors to construct up to 50 single-family attainable workforce with the next phase of 15 homes.

Each thoughtfully designed home features spacious layouts of 1,300- 1,700 livable square feet with 3-4 bedrooms and 2-2.5 bathrooms, including walk-in showers and closets. The open floor plans create bright, flowing living spaces, while a 2-car garage provides ample parking. Homes may have the option to come fully equipped with kitchen appliances including stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, and microwave.

This initiative aims to create and maintain affordable housing throughout Dallas, promote greater fair housing choices, and overcome patterns of segregation and poverty concentration by offering incentives for home sales to households earning between 60-120% of the Area Median Income (AMI) with sales prices ranging from mid $200k to low $300K.
