Builders of Hope’s programs provide security, stability and freedom from the fear homelessness for DFW families. Through our development and transformation initiatives, we connect local families to resources they need to build generational wealth and be productive participants in their community.

Neighbors who care.
Natives who understand.

In 2024 over 40% of neighborhoods in the city of Dallas are either susceptible to or currently experiencing some level of gentrification. 14 Dallas neighborhoods are classified as historic loss. Builders of Hope Community Development Corporation is leading the charge to restore the "Right to Stay" for vulnerable residents and preserve the fabric of our city. The "Dallas Neighborhood Anti-Displacement Toolkit - A Right to Stay" was supported by JPMorganChase and is a model for how American cities can solve the negative effects of gentrification.
