Income Guidelines for Affordable Housing Programs

At Builders of Hope CDC, we use Area Median Income (AMI) guidelines to determine eligibility for our affordable housing and assistance programs. The AMI varies based on household size and income level. Below, you’ll find the 80% and 120% AMI income limits for Dallas County. These guidelines help us ensure that support reaches the families who need it most.
