Our Home Preservation Model

The Home Preservation Model is a community-based approach designed to help long-time homeowners stay in place and protect their greatest asset—their home.

By combining property tax assistance, legal support, and home repair coordination, the model addresses the root causes of displacement. Each service works together to reduce financial strain, preserve family wealth, and strengthen neighborhood stability for generations to come.

  • Home Repair Coordination

We assist eligible residents with needed repairs to improve safety, accessibility, and long-term home value.
